We are excited to announce that at this time we are looking for a Project Lead to join our team of over 10,000 global field employees representing our pharmaceutical and biotech clients.   In this role you will be supporting a major pharmaceutical company in their educational needs for a product utilized in the oncology specialty.

Project Leader

The Project Leader in this role will be responsible for managing Hematology and Oncology clinical educators, managing budgets, act as a liaison with our customer in developing project strategy and direction.

Minimum Requirements:

•             Bachelor's degree or above in Nursing or health related field, required.

•             Minimum of five years of Hematology and/or Oncology experience, required.

•             Equivalent work experience in project management required.

•             Experience managing managers preferred.

•             Experience working with multiple pharmaceutical brands across franchises preferred

•             Demonstrates experience with strategic initiative, managing change and developing nursing programs preferred. 

•             Minimum three years’ experience in the following areas: Pharmaceutical Industry, Healthcare i.e. with progressive experience in disease management.

•             Advanced computer skills knowledge and data base knowledge helpful.

•             Additional training and experience in computer desktop software applications including MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

•             Financial experience helpful such as monitoring budgets and managing asset allocation

•             Ability to manage multiple tasks

•             Ability and willingness to precisely follow instructions and Guidelines provided

•             Excellent presentation skills

•             Excellent written and oral communication skills

•             Enthusiastic, positive attitude and ability to motivate others

•             Ability to work as a team player

•             Excellent organizational skills

•             Ability to work independently

•             Strong professional presence in dealing with various office staff and patients
•             Valid driver’s license

•             National travel required
