Statfinn - EPID Research (part of IQVIA) is looking for a full-time PROJECT ASSISTANT to our Espoo office (Finland).

Your responsibilities include:

    • Providing project-specific administrative support to study team during course of a local and multi-country studies and coordinating international local and multi-country studies
    • Coordinating project-related meetings
    • Communicating with relevant stakeholders
    • Preparing and coordinating data permit and research ethics processes in pharmacoepidemiological studies
    • Maintaining study files and other study-related information
    • Contributing to internal process development

    We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

    • A BSc/MSc degree or equivalent in life science or related disciplines
    • Experience as a project assistant in international projects
    • Hands-on experience on non-interventional studies and/or Real-World Evidence projects will be considered an advantage
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including fluent written and spoken English
    • Ability to quickly learn and orientate into new projects
    • Ability to work towards timelines/ Time management and multi-tasking skills
    • Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Project)
    • Ability to exercise excellent attention to detail
