Job Description

Job Summary

This role will support program management activities across a global product development organization. Includes, but is not limited to: partnering with one or more scrum teams to facilitate cross-team coordination and communication, project management, and supporting SDLC processes.


Summary of Essential Job Functions
 Act as Agile coach or Scrum Master for software development teams
 Manage project planning, status reporting and risk mitigation for assigned initiatives
 Support continuous improvement efforts to optimize team workflow
 Proactively identify program issues and business impact and present details with data to management to facilitate prioritization and manage trade-offs between cost, schedule and customer benefit
 Facilitate discussion and documentation of lessons learned
 Coordinate and lead components of the implementation of prioritized program improvement activities including, but not limited to: cross-team coordination and release, change management, metrics definition, technical support, SDLC definition and compliance, and on-boarding/training.

Our ideal candidate will have

 Bachelors in a Business or Technical field 
 2 to 4 years of Program Management or Project Management experience in a technology organization, preferably focused on delivering SaaS products in an Agile environment
 Experience working in a software development environment and facilitating cross-functional collaboration
 Experience working in Healthcare or Life Sciences industries preferred
 Certification as Scrum Mater (CSM, PSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or other Agile relevant certifications preferred

 Ability to manage projects and programs from start-to-finish
 Detail oriented 
 Outstanding problem resolution skills with an ability to look at solutions in unconventional ways to identify opportunities to innovate
 Excellent collaboration and communication skills including presentation and listening skills 
 Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing workload effectively, and thriving in a dynamic and complex environment
