Job Description

The Program Coordinator (PC) is a key delivery role for STI. The PC is responsible for working alongside the Client Account Manager, the Program Manager and the client to develop and maintain all proposal, project deliverables, internal coordination with other departments towards service deliver and ongoing maintenance of the existing programs.  The PC will work closely with the Program Managers towards the ultimate delivery of program launches, modifications or other client deliverables and will help to support the PM in the ongoing daily maintenance of client programs. The PC is responsible for sales support, solutions/proposal development, project task management, quality assurance of project deliverables, client record and program record management, and all aspects of related program coordination.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provides excellent support to  Program Managers, Sales staff, team members, managers, leaders, and clients at all times.
•  Responsible for task management within client projects and ongoing maintenance of programs, including ticket generation and follow-up with internal resources, quality assurance of marketing materials and other client facing deliverables
• Responsible for the generation of standard proposals as it relates to program renewals, reprints, basic program modifications and new program  within STI's standard suite of offerings.  This includes ensuring all required information is up to date and accurate according to company policies and procedures

• Strong organizational skills with applied experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Displays strong general business professional acumen
• Strong desktop application working knowledge including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Analytical skills would be an asset
• Knowledge of accounting would be an asset

Education and Experience:
• Minimum two years of experience in a project coordinator related role
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required if the candidate has more than 5 years of proven excellence in the field of project management
