Summary of Essential Job Functions

➢   Content/Data entry

➢   Digitization of paper documents

➢   Content/Data quality control

➢  Text compare

➢    Implement document versioning

➢    Confirm document and system adaptability

➢   Manage workload in task management system

➢   Device management/configuration tasks

➢   Install/update device software

➢    Maintain equipment inventory

➢   Help Desk Support

➢    Interact directly with customers to identify problems, replicate them, and troubleshoot for root cause.

➢    Consider site-specific information like hardware, operating system, and user requirements to appropriately resolve problems

➢   Recognize and work with multiple languages

Supervisory Responsibilities
