Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Content/Data entry
    • Digitization of paper documents
  • Content/Data quality control
    • Text compare
    • Implement document versioning
    • Confirm document and system adaptability
  • Manage workload in task management system
  • Device management/configuration tasks
    • Install/update device software
    • Maintain equipment inventory
  • Help Desk Support
    • Interact directly with customers to identify problems, replicate them, and troubleshoot for root cause.
    • Consider site-specific information like hardware, operating system, and user requirements to appropriately resolve problems
  • Recognize and work with multiple languages

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position does not have responsibility for managing people

Experience
