About the team
The BI Hosting Team is part of the Technology Solutions GBU. The team design and manage the BI Hosting Platform which supports over 75 Countries and 46,000 Users on tools such as IQVIA™ Analysis Manager, IQVIA™ Mobile Insights, Excel Services and soon a new Dashboarding solution for RBU’s and Local Offices.

The Platform supports a wide range of data from traditional IQVIA™ data sources through to more complex medical, patient and RWE data.
The team comprises a range of functions including Product Management, Operation, Development, Support, Infrastructure and Training.
Overview of the role
The role is part of the Product Management team as a Marketing Specialist.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for aspects of some of our key existing offerings as well as providing input into our new capabilities. They will interact with colleagues at a global and local level and gain exposure to a truly multi-cultural and collaborative work environment.

Principal accountabilities

  • Support our Local Office users in the successful uptake and deployment of tools and capabilities delivered by the Platform
  • Perform first line support to our internal users for the tool(s) for which they are responsible
  • Define the future offering Roadmap for key aspects of the Platform
  • Provide commercial input into long term requirements
  • Liaise with technical and development teams to ensure the end users’ needs are effectively delivered
  • Provide input into financial requirements such as cost management and revenue forecasts


Qualifications, experience and skills required

  • Experience and knowledge of the Business Intelligence needs of our internal and external users
  • An awareness of the value of Business Intelligence within a business environment
  • A strong understanding of IQVIA™ data sources
  • A good understanding of the global healthcare market and business drivers
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills; willingness and ability to work effectively with others across the organization to accomplish team goals
  • Ability to problem solve issues experienced by our internal users
  • Graduate in a relative degree subject
