This role will have responsibility for the evolution of  Ireland and Consumer Health offerings into even more powerful and insightful data sources meeting the evolving needs of our clients. The Ireland market is one where we face competition for many of our data offerings and we have to keep ahead of the competition with the services we sell in the market.  The Consumer Health team are looking to expand their reach in e-commerce and MedTech markets areas where IQVIA can develop currently and bring new offerings to the market.  This is an exciting time to join the team and help shape the future of our business.

Role Summary

The role of the Product Manager is to implement a comprehensive offering development and data asset acquisition plan for our offerings across Ireland and Consumer Health. This role will have responsibility for the evolution of current offerings as well as the creation of new products IQVIA can bring to market meeting the evolving needs of our clients. This role required cross functionally working with the development team to improve the data infrastructure, working with the supplier team to ensure data continuity, as well as liaising with legal and information governance  teams to ensure we remain compliant. You will develop go to market and launch plans for enhancements and new products working with the key account and client service teams.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement the roadmap for development of Ireland and Consumer Health products in line with wider company offering development strategy
  • Responsible for enhancement projects, and development of data services to better serve client and internal team needs.
  • Track and evaluate changes in the competitive landscape and market dynamics to ensure IQVIA is able to react appropriately and feed into development roadmap
  • Work with Marketing Manager to develop and input to marketing activities for the UK and Ireland data offerings
  • Facilitate sessions at the customer advisory boards showcasing and gaining client feedback on our services to understand the needs of customers and drive improvements     

 Education, skills and experience required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Understanding and experience of the use of IQVIA and NHS data in the pharmaceutical and industry and healthcare sector
  • Marketing/Product Management or other relevant experience in developing or delivering services for pharmaceutical customers
  • Working knowledge of the information governance and related laws and procedures with holding and use of prescription and patient data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven problem solving and analytical skills
  • Proven project management and planning capabilities
  • Proven ability to drive activity within cross-functional team-working
