  • Take full accountability and ownership of CDR-OMS product vision, Strategy, Roadmap, innovation, investment planning, feature prioritization and value realization.
  • Introduce innovating ideas and concepts to enable data driven automation and knowledge generation
  • Define product success criteria and establish matrices to measure product and product feature success.
  • Identify integration, automation and machine enabled intelligence opportunities to make products smart and algorithm driven.
  • Align their product vision with overall CDR product Eco-system and larger IQVIA Clinical product vision and strategy
  • Responsible for socializing their vision with business groups and soliciting feedback to establish a fit for purpose context around product vision
  • Work with product marketing and pre-sales to articulate product vision and present value preposition to potential clients.
  • Constantly perform a gap analysis between industry trends and CDR-OMS Product capabilities and roadmap. This also includes working with account managers, pre-sales consultants and clients to collect feedback.
  • Turn vision into a multiyear roadmap and establish a strategy to achieve this roadmap
  • Establish and manage relationships and expectations with internal and external users
  • Work very closely with product implementation lead and engineering team to ensure product is designed in a way that aligns with IQVIA’s product strategy
  • Be a change agent and work with various business groups to establish a value proposition around existing and new product features and capabilities.
  • Work with external (existing as well as new) vendors to evaluate new technologies that are “fit for purpose” for IQVIA’s needs
  • Work with leadership to establish financials, budgets and costing
  • Form a strong relationship with OMS product suit stakeholders to understand their product strategy, roadmap and vision and identify strategic ways to support those goals.
  • Be “Industry aware” and bring in new concepts and ideas to IQVIA
  • Establish and own a framework to monitor market landscape, research and understand market needs and assess competitor landscape.
