IT Project Manager

Plans and directs the activities of cross-functional teams assigned to multiple small IT projects to meet business requirements.


  • Oversee the consistency of the demand management/requirements elaboration process for the Design and Planning tower of Clinical Technologies
  • Establish and maintain demand management and development tracking tools
  • Risk and issue management
  • Responsible for tracking and managing timelines and deliverables that match project objectives
  • Recommend course of action regarding project issues/concerns, implement mitigation plans, then escalate risks and issues to senior IT management as necessary
  • Work with financial stakeholders to ensure that the project remains within financial and regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborate with project team to ensure timely delivery and quality of all project deliverables
  • Develop and exercise scope change control
  • Experience as a lean practitioner
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation. Coordinate internal resources and contractors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation


  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • 3+ years of software development or scrum master experience
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Experience in Agile processes preferred
  • Clinical experience preferred
