Role:

As a Consultant, you would be able to showcase your abilities to apply knowledge and new approaches to solve healthcare’s most challenging issues.

You must thrive in a collaborative environment where you can leverage the most globally extensive assets of IQVIA to accelerate business growth as well as in-depth expertise in areas such as management consulting, strategy definition, portfolio management and commercial effectiveness.

You must provide high quality, on-time input to client projects.  Assignments range in complexity from basic analysis and problem solving to assisting in the development of more complex solutions. This will span across problems and tasks that are technical, process-driven and scientific.

You will join a high profile, talented and fast-paced team where you will be developing and delivering medium sized projects or components of larger, complex projects with top management of Healthcare companies. You will own and deliver work independently, ensuring that high quality, thoroughly scoped outputs are delivered on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will be able to achieve professional development and learning, which includes skills specific training courses as well as on-the-job training. You will also learn from working closely with senior leaders in the organization.

Development project responsibilities:

  • Lead the Primary Intelligence (Market Research) practice, be responsible for the revenue and EBITDA targets
  • Develop broad knowledge of healthcare research methodologies necessary to execute projects
  • Interact with external parties to conduct fieldwork
  • Cooperate with other team members to guarantee on-time and on-budget delivery of Primary Intelligence projects

Skills and experience:

Candidates interested in joining as a Primary Intelligence Consultant will have:

  • Understanding of and interest in the healthcare environment;
  • Experience in developing or participating on market research projects with high quality outcomes;  
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including presentations, leading meetings and report writing;
  • Ability to support strategic decision making;
  • Competency in using Word and PowerPoint and developing clear storylines;

Qualifications:

In addition to the skills and experience above, candidates interested in joining as a Primary Intelligence Consultant will have:

  • Bachelor in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Psychology, Life sciences and/or experience in the health care industry
  • Working experience of 2-4 years of professional experience in market research
  • Working experience of managing small to mid-sized projects
