  • Ongoing review of program strategy, together with Programme Lead and Technology Team Leader
  • Maintenance of business case model and monthly updates to forecast for Finance and HR for budget, actuals, revenue tracking and headcount planning
  • Capture progress each week
  • Regular updates to and tracking of project roadmap (milestones, timelines)
  • Implementation planning and support for Program Lead and Country Leads across all functional areas, including engagement process, contractual framework, operational and commercial model
  • Liaising with team members and the wider IQVIA organisation to keep relevant stakeholders informed
  • Development of communication material (messaging) for external stakeholders, especially for the engagement process with healthcare providers/ hospitals
  • Structuring and execution of ad hoc projects
  • Liaison with CRM


  • Conceptual thinking to turn the strategy into tangible results
  • Designing, structuring and developing deliverables
  • Planning, organising and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives
  • Feeling comfortable in an agile and dynamic environment

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • University degree required in business or life sciences, advanced degree preferred
  • 7-10+ years of experience in strategy & implementation consulting (preferred), entrepreneurship or general commercial experience
  • Native or full professional proficiency in English; proficiency in German and/or French is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects or programs
  • Strong ability to influence decision makers
  • Excellent oral presentation and writing skills
  • Must be capable of leading with a sense of urgency, and be able to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Must have had exposure to fast moving and highly pressurized environments with frequent exposure to senior stakeholders
  • Must be calm and focused when dealing with complex or rapidly changing priorities
