Omnichannel Marketing Partnerships- Program Manager

Location: Remote

Overview:

IQVIA is a leading provider of healthcare data, technology and data science to medical device, healthcare companies, agencies, consultancies and media partners. As a part of our rapid growth in the industry, the Omnichannel Marketing team is expanding our partnership team.

Position Purpose:

The partnerships program manager assists in driving success in the creation and assessment of Partnerships within Omnichannel Marketing.  Focus on innovation and uniqueness to drive partnerships within broader media arena, such as Media partners, agencies, data and channel partners, which enhance or expand upon IQVIA product offering and Healthcare domain expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Document and create partner evaluation criteria for prospective partners with input from stakeholders.
  • Build project timelines and manage execution plans including pilots, feasibility, and reviews
  • Assists in the development of proposals, capability assessment, packaging, and pricing
  • Advise on MSA, legal, product solutions, execution, and go-to market plans
  • Assist with the creation and management of CDA- confidentiality agreements
  • Assist in providing direction and guidance to team members assigned to engagement.
  • Develops detailed documentation and specifications.
  • Performs qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client specific solutions.
  • Designs, structures and delivers pilot client reports and presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience.
  • Recommends improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems.
  • Begins to develop practice specific subject matter expertise.

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • 5-8 years of related industry experience in media planning, consulting, agency, or pharmaceutical / healthcare industry
  • Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate across organization teams to effectively coordinate with dotted-line resources to accomplish team goals
  • Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques related to functional area.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Collaborator and team building skills
