Job description

The Cloud Solution Architect ensures successful delivery of complex program’s which involve the implementation and integration of various IQVIA datasets and IQVIA products from several domains (Commercial Analytics, CRM, MDM, Commercial Compliance, Reporting, etc) by architecting and designing end-to-end solutions that satisfy Customer needs.

Responsibilities
As Cloud Solution Architect - Big Data & Data Warehouse, you will:
•    Be accountable for the overall design of technical solutions across various functional domains (CRM, Marketing, MDM, Commercial data (National, Sub-National), Patient, Reporting and Analytics)
•    You will review clients’ requirements for solution including mockups, prototypes, dashboard visualizations and templates
•    Likewise, supervision / coaching / management of the end-to-end solution 
•    Ensure that technical conditions are in place for a successful delivery of each of the solution from each domain, and that they will function together in an integrated fashion
•    Work closely with the PMO/Program Manager team to establish integrated program/project plans and realistic implementation timelines
•    Work hand-in-hand with program and delivery managers to ensure escalations (from Clients or internal stakeholders) are addressed adequately; the architect will work alongside project experts to take responsibility to address technical issues and propose adequate solutions in coordination with the technical teams
•    Engage with customers on regular basis (project kick-off, project meeting) and be the main point of contact for customer architects / architecture board
•    Technically manage / advise the technical delivery teams (onshore, nearshore and/or offshore)
•    Manage the relationship with IQVIA’s product teams to influence product roadmaps or otherwise find solutions to product gaps or issue as needed to ensure customer solutions can be delivered on time, as per client needs and requirements
•    Work with additional teams contributing to the delivery and support of cross product solutions: nearshore and offshore technical delivery centers and post-implementation (support and services) teams

Skills & Experience
•    10+ years' experience managing multidomain project implementation
•    Experience with consulting, strategic assessment, and enterprise architecture
•    Strong technical skills and the ability to work with project teams geographically dispersed, from multiple time zones
•    Deep knowledge of Cloud solutions, Micro services, with specific expertise in implementation of – Data Warehouses, Data marts, CRM, MDM, Integration Technologies, among others
•    Robust experience in designing and delivering complex IT solutions
•    Experience in integrating Commercial datasets (National, Sub-National, Patient), CRM, Marketing, Master Data Management (MDM)
•    Technological platform knowledge / expertise: SFDC, Reltio (MDM)
•    Additional technical qualifications: strong expertise in most of the following technologies: Big Data, Snowflake, Spark, Hadoop, AWS, Amazon S3, RedShift
•    Demonstrated success building effective relationships with a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders, including senior technical leaders and associates across different functions
•    Thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to match stakeholder expectations to urgently deliver exceptional results
•    Excellent communications, problem solving and technical skills
•    Knowledge of Healthcare/Life Sciences Industry desired
• Experience in global roles; understanding of cultural sensitivities and time zone constraints required
• Flexible, periodic travel for internal and client meetings
