Associate Director, Go To Market - Operations
Using an understanding of Data and Technology enabled sites including Inteliquet business model and consortium value, the Associate Director will provide strategic input for all GTM teams including RWS and RDS. They will partner at the multi-functional level and continuously evaluate Inteliquet technology and network ability to support the client needs.
Collaborate and help guide regional and country business unit team to evaluate local needs for an oncology panel, oncology feasibility and patient matching and expanding the local oncology site network.
Engaging with Data & Technology Enabled Site Pillar Lead, Program Management, Technology and Cancer Center Support Services, develop and implement regional expansion initiatives, expand partnership opportunities, strengthen overall relationships and ensure global consistency.
A key member of Data Stratgy, Access and Enablement and Inteliquet staff, is responsible for opportunity metrics/KPIs, Salesforce utilization, liaising with Cancer Center Support Services.
Where appropriate engage with additional patient finding technology assets managing multiple assets in the same manner.
Support internal GTM strategic relationships and alliances; build networks with necessary stakeholders internally and where appropriate externally.
Identify materials necessary to support GTM and work with Marketing & Communications and Data and Technology Pillar lead to generate appropriate materials.
Work with internal operational leaders and stakeholders to review, enhance and and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop timelines and processes for tracking KPIs.
Provide oversight and/or act as an Account Owner for internal alliances under guidance of Pillar Lead
Where appropriate, work with select small group of contracted external customers to evaluate their needs and encourage participation, engagement and utilization of Inteliquet services for oncology studies
Responsible for the scope of work, objectives, timelines, quality of deliverables, and other activities for assigned opportunities and/or clients
Collaborate with other IQVIA solution managers, BD personnel and customer managers to present a single voice and strategy to the customer.
Initiate internal escalation meetings to ensure quick response to any quality concerns or customer escalations, ensuring appropriate representatives from stakeholders and operational management are involved as appropriate.
Represent IQVIA needs to internal stakeholders; provide consultation on strategy and operational delivery as needed; serve as an internal consultant to internal business partners for integrated functional solutions
Act as the key data and technology enabled site global expansion relationship manager with IQVIA RBU’s. With Pillar Lead, guide dialog regarding creation of oncology networks in local or regional markets, educate to increase the understanding on business model development for an oncology panel, increase in sites and increase in patients and the subsequent impact for that RBU’s life science client base.
Work with internal Inteliquet functional and operational leaders to educated RBU’s, scope their expansion plans and align on resource needs to execute local deployment of an oncology solutions.
Accountable for leading the development of RBU specific strategies that align structural support of operations, engineering, product ownership, BD and CCSS with that of the RBU.
Where appropriate engage with additional patient finding technology assets managing multiple assets in the same manner for XUS, XEU RBU’s.
Participated in initiatives for Inteliquet focused on enhancing Inteliquet’s support of IQVIA customer base focused on customer delivery, features and enhancements, evolution of new offerings, engagement with epidemiology, etc.
Participate in market research and competitive analysis activities that provide information in support of the business needs analysis process and strategic account management.
Participate in Inteliquet leadership team meetings, participation and engagement with IQVIA GTM teams both at GBU and RBU levels, and other meetings as needed.
Typically requires a minimum of 6 - 8 years of prior relevant experience.
Requires broad management knowledge to lead teams, and well as the ability to influences others outside of own job area regarding policies, procedures, and goals.
Life Science, Business Management or related field
Additional Work Experience
9 years in the pharmaceutical, CRO, or related industry, experience to include clinical operations, CRA, Commercial and /or alternative operational functional (e.g. business development, data management, project management, laboratory, pre-clinical).
Understanding of feasibility and patient finding technologies.
