PURPOSE
 
Provide project support for assigned projects, covering single or multiple Lifecycle Safety functions (clinical and/or post-market). Accountable to provide administrative support for PhV project management  and collaborate to ensure appropriate monitoring of operational service delivery by preparing reports for internal or external review and assisting with preparation of a variety of project management deliverables, with a focus on delivery as one seamless and transparent program for customers, typically aligned by accounts.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Provides project specific administrative support, such as running reports, supporting F2F meeting preparation, project related expense reports, requesting customer SOPs, meeting minutes, filing, submitting and tracking access requests for the LCS team, etc. under the supervision of a PhV Solutions (PVS) Project Manager/Specialist.
  • Provides support for the Lifecycle Safety project initiation team, including tracking startup, submitting systems request, setting up of applications required for Lifecycle Safety projects (e.g. safety database setup forms, e-Training, etc.)
  • Provides tracking of projects in startup across the organization and assisting with review of projects approaching “go live”.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
 
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
  • Strong organizational skills including use of tools (i.e. Excel, Sharepoint, etc.) to organize data and information.
  • Ability to problem solve, prioritize and identify opportunities to provide additional support to PVS Project Management
 
 
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE


Bachelor's degree or educational equivalent in health science or Pharmacovigilance experience,  (Clinical Trial, Post-marketing Case Processing, Regulatory Reporting, Medical Information, Safety Aggregate Reporting, Risk Management, etc.) or equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
