IQVIA is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced First Line Sales Manager to deliver the sales targets within a defined geography, by leading, managing and developing a team of primary and secondary care account managers.  This will be delivered by ensuring they have a full understanding and deliver operational excellence in execution of brand, customer and account plans and tactics.

Under the direction of the Regional Business Manager, you will develop and execute regional plans along with regular monitoring of agreed KPIs, financial objectives and budgets. You will be expected to maintain accurate and timely records, produce and submit reports and management statistics as required.

Job Requirements

Successful track record as Pharmaceutical Regional Business Manager / Sales Manager / Sales Trainer

Proven leadership, business analysis, training and coaching skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong business analytical skills

High understanding of NHS structure, processes and management

Experienced in Key Account Management approach to the market

ABPI Qualified

This role requires UK travel and on occasion international travel including overnight stays
