Lead Report Gen Analyst

The Lead Report Analyst will provide consultative guidance for the Report Analyst Team and Client Service Analysts in the creation of IQVIA™ custom client defined reports for DDD and XPONENT. The Candidate must be able to interpret client report requirements and provide consultative and proactive report recommendations to satisfy the client business need. This position coordinates all aspects of the report creation process. The Lead Report Gen Analyst needs to have an analytical background, strong attention to detail, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment.

The Candidate will be supporting IQVIA™ DDD and XPONENT report creation process.  The yearly revenue for these offerings is, DDD is $82 MM and XPONENT is $160 MM.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring report specifications including timeliness and quality to meet client expectations
  • Overseeing On-line Parameter (OLP) coding and Standard Operation Procedures
  • Knowledge of IQVIA™ internal databases TSO/DTSO, IDMS, CMFQ, FTP
  • First line of support for OLP report coding anomies and ability to determine and communicate a resolution path
  • Recommend improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems
  • Resolve report processing occurrences
  • Manage daily workloads in the CREATE Tool to ensure the best utilization of total resources
  • Resolve CREATE lead requests
  • Provide consultation and report coding guidance
  • Communicate with various teams (Scheduling / SSIG (onshore & offshore) / Marketing, and Data Investigation) within the IQVIA organization to manage the client deliverables through a successful processing path
  • Oversee the validation for the DDD and XPONENT offerings
  • Creation / communication of report specific coding desks
  • Report Operations communication to the Client Service Team
  • Responsible for training and continued best practice review of processes
  • Ensure DDD and XPONENT will meet each cut-off timeline
  • Backup to the Cut-off Coordinator
  • Backup to the Report Gen Analysts managing report requests
  • Support off hour processing for core production jobs
  • Provide consultation on Business Continuity events and create report coding decks
  • Perform ongoing analysis and implement improvements to production processes
  • Develops detailed documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with minimum 4-6 years related work experience
  • Knowledge of the On-line Parameter System (OLP) and Standard Operation Procedures
  • Strong knowledge of the DDD and XPONENT sub-national offerings
  • Knowledge of the CREATE Business Management Tool
  • Understanding of IQVIA policies and report coding confidentiality for DDD and XPONENT
  • Ability to communicate effectively within various levels of the organization
  • Proven analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities
  • Consultative skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to understand complex concepts, and processes
  • Proficiency in PC applications and MS Office Suite; especially Excel VLOOKUP and PowerPivot functionality
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, and managers
  • Familiarity with the Pharmaceutical industry is a plus
