This is a data collection position. This is a crucial position as it acts as a first point of data production at the company.
The responsibilities of this position include following healthcare providers' data collection and processing to feed into the system of current incumbent, 70 clinics samples/quarterly, 100 pharmacy samples/monthly. Also this position is involved in an active new recruitment of missing samples as samples drop our or are dropped out by our QC process for data quality management. Of those pharmacy data collection, 2 day field visits to a group of samples are required in a month for hardcopy data collection from pharmacists of sample panels.

Once the collection is done follow-up processing are conducted.
With pharmacies' collected invoices, a data collector performs the following tasks in order; invoice QC, invoice arrangements for scanning, invoice counting, invoice packaging for returning to the pharmacy of their assigned panels, invoicing returning to each panel by post. After that incentive pay-out process begins in that new panel samples are registered in the incentive master and updated with any change requested by the panel, designated gift or money vouchers are sent off, all the registered post records are updated and maintained by a staff whom we request to hire.

In case of quarterly data collection of Clinics panel, this position requires to contact all assigned clinics panels and make sure the data is delivered back to the company for timely data process. Once the collection is done, all the process is similar to pharmacy data collection. One thing to add is call-back inquiry to clinics panel. Collected data's inquiries by data management team are sent back to staffs, and these are handled within few days not hindering the normal data production cycle. On average over last 2Qs, there are about total 900 inquiries to handle in time by the team. Additionally, data digitization is in process by converting paper-based data collection to e-data. A staff should carry on converting it into e-data by new recruiting or conversion of existing way.
