Role Overview:

Lead a team to develop an organizational change strategy and execution plan that integrates the voice and needs of our key stakeholders into communications, marketing and training activities. Success is measured by the ability of Site Activation Operational Excellence Transformation (SAOPEXT) Programs to meet their end goal of 200 days median cycle time with a high stakeholder feedback score and will ultimately lead to increased sales tied to a higher customer satisfaction and experience.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop and conduct an internal stakeholder analysis: identifying current program and change management prioritizations and investments to highlight gaps in stakeholder engagement, resourcing or organizational change tasks that could impact the success of Site Activation Operational Excellence Transformation (SAOPEXT) Programs Develop an organizational change methodology and plan that encompasses the people approach for SAOPEXT Programs Lead the development of a comprehensive stakeholder communication plan that integrates stakeholder analysis findings in concert with the training and communication lead Work with the Technology, Continuous Improvement and Training leads to assess progress in changing key gaps and highlighting current state vs. future state with the goal of driving training requirements and communication plan (Stop, Start, Continue) Utilizing the stakeholder analysis, work with the data lead to create critical success metrics that will integrate into the comprehensive communication plan and will measure the effectiveness of the change management strategy Work with the Technology Lead to coordinate business engagement opportunities including: prototyping sessions, business ambassadors, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Determine the correct governance and meetings for all SAOPEXT Programs Work with the SA OPEX Head to ensure the proper level of engagement and sponsorship at senior executive levels Determine and monitor stakeholder engagement risk and mitigation to ensure success Determine which Managed Behavior Objectives should be updated (by role) to ensure the successful proficiency and pull through of SAOPEXT Programs Create a heat map and calendar that integrates all transformations impacting Site Activation Teams Create several feedback teams and loops to ensure all stakeholder voices are considered and integrated into SAOPEXT Programs Operates within established budget to maximize resources and allocate them to projects which offer the greatest value

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

  • 10+ years of organizational change management or project management experience
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in Healthcare
  • Strong leadership and partner skills, focusing on a strong alignment to stakeholder needs and organization evolution
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 4-year undergraduate or more advanced degree

Additional Requirements:

  • Travel may be required
  • Extensive use of telephone and face-to-face communication requiring accurate perception of speech
  • Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers
  • Regular sitting for extended periods of time
