This is a varied role as part of a motivated, well-trained Lifecycle Safety team. It is a highly important role within IQVIA, as it is essential to our core aim of patient safety – creating reports that directly drive medical decision-making. Purpose

We are seeking enthusiastic Administrative Co-ordinator (Operations Co-ordinator) to support a very busy team in our Pharmacovigilance Safety department.  Our Co-ordinators will provide administrative support across our teams; working to tight deadlines and under pressure as follows:

Responsibilities 


•      Mailbox management, prepare documents and files for archiving and any other  project related administrative duties.


•      Co-ordinate and check documents; review with checklists; ensure filing of documentation meets required regulatory requirements and Standard Operating Procedures.


•      Create, track and archive case folders and project files 


•      Other duties as required

 

Job Requirements

Minimum required education and experience

Minimum Leaving certificate standard or educational equivalent and 1 year’s relevant work experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. A diploma in sciences or other could be an advantage.

 Skills & Experience


•     Experience and expertise with relevant computer systems and operating environments is desired.  Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and web-based applications.


•     Can work independently. Self-motivated and flexible.


•     Independence and fast learner and high attention to details


•     Ability to work in a pressurised and demanding environment
