  • Lead POA/Launch Planning Meetings for Primary Care
  • Lead strategic initiatives for the training department including department and leadership meetings
  • Support additional strategic initiatives aligned with training department
  • Collaborate cross functionally with various stakeholders/business partners
  • Program development, project management and vendor management while providing customer service
  • Process meeting objectives against program requirements/contract
  • Develop, communicate effectively, and manage master project plan and planning meeting and communicate expectations and timelines
  • Understand needs of business partners and assist with framing a meeting strategy
  • Identify, analyze and mitigate risks/delays.
  • Assist with pulling through objective to meeting suppliers, production companies, vendors
  • Ensure planning meetings are complete with the objectives of the training, sales and marketing teams
  • Act as point of contact with all partners through program planning and execution
  • Manage communications and provide direction on meeting room set-ups, technology/audio visual needs
  • Manage program materials shipped to locations
  • Ability to travel 10-15%, when necessary
  • Lead post-conference meeting to outline start/stop/continue
  • Foster a clear understanding of Pharma Marketing, Sales and Meetings.

This candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years in one or more areas: Meeting Planning, Marketing, Sales or Operations.
  • Pharma experience
  • Ability to pivot instantly when change arises
  • Work with ease with all levels Admin – Vice President
  • Ability to customize approach to various stakeholders (a mix of internal partners in marketing, training,  and sales as well as external vendor partners)
  • Sales /POA Meeting Planning experience a plus
