Strategic Partners Analyst

Job Overview

As aStrategic Partners Analystwithin the Supplier Services & Offering team, you´ll be in charge of the creation of awareness of our offerings near target partners as well as gathers requirements, execute & develops new offering and custom reports, positions the appropriate use of IQVIA information and providing applications training to the partners .

As a team member you´ll also involved in ensuring engagement with data supplier customers and teams; performing data analyses to monitor customer specific solutions, and contributing to new services and offering and contract negotiation .

Essential Functions

  • Identifies and support develops of offerings, products, and innovations for direct partner use.
  • works across department’s areas to provide feedback for revenue growth initiatives; for the maintenance of existing offerings including enhancements, support materials, portfolio review, metrics reporting, and ongoing training.
  • Create and execute new suppliers reports and that they are delivered on time, and manages relationships with direct suppliers to deliver agreed upon data.
  • Develops strategy for expanding scope of existing contracts and identifying new business opportunities. Liaises frequently with internal stakeholders to determine business capabilities and solution potential, and oversees implementation and follow through of the information services agreements.
  • Develops, analyzes, implements plans to increase operational efficiency, meet organization strategic vision and achieve goals.
  • Identifies and implements potential process improvements like automatization process; analyzes processes and any related data; completes ad-hoc analysis, data gathering, to support and prepares/presents project- and process-related reports.
  • Manages of Power BI or similar BI platforms (design & visualization)
  • Promotes suppliers participation in syndicated on-going panels based on established standards for reporting for assigned panel segments
  • Initiates follow up calls with panels to achieve maximum rates of engage with offerings and provide training for new partners.
  • Investigates and evaluate partner needs in order to facilitate new offering
  • May work cross-functionally with other team to resolve data issues and design solutions

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma – Data management or/and Pharmacist preference
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excel advanced/ proficiency
  • Power BI models construction and health market knowhow preference
  • Knowledge on Health E-commerce preference
  • Knowledge of Pharmacy IQVIA core products and IQVIA information solutions services portfolio preference.
  • Communication and servicing skills
  • Ability to proactively identify complex problems and needs and develop solutions/recommendations to solve problems.
