Job description

Location: This position can be remote for qualified candidates anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner in development of new HCP client multichannel engagements with responsibility for client satisfaction and strategic leadership in growing these opportunities organically

  • Work with Principals and Solution Sales team to identify new revenue opportunities within defined existing accounts by leveraging a solution-focused approach to identify client needs, issues

    • Cultivate in-depth knowledge of client’s HCP strategies and business issues, developing key client relationships at all levels

    • Work with clients to define project needs and take a lead role in solution design/proposal development that aligns to client business strategy with a lens towards HCP personal and nonpersonal promotion

  • Play a significant role in account planning and strategy, working with broader IQVIA Account and Solution Sales teams to position multichannel offerings as relevant to client success

  • Remain current on industry, client, and competitive trends to anticipate and identify new business challenges and opportunities in how new and existing clients interact with HCPs through promotional channels

  • Identify needs and issues of importance to the industry and our clients; work with the Client Solutions team to develop differentiated HCP offerings as well as provide input for continual innovation of the current offering suite

  • Contribute to the enhanced awareness the Multichannel practice in the marketplace through conference attendance, client meetings, and publications with a lens towards HCP promotional strategy

  • Assist in meeting or exceeding revenue targets assigned to the Go-to-Market team by developing and delivering cross-functional solutions that address client needs and objectives

Education, Experience, Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 10 to 12 years of experience in consulting, services, and/or client-side roles focused on multichannel marketing. Master’s degree preferred.

  • Relationships with pharmaceutical companies and their key stakeholders (including but not limited to agencies, consulting firms, data providers, etc.) is required; HCP centric relationships strongly preferred

  • Subject Matter Expertise across HCP multichannel disciplines including the development and execution of HCP marketing strategies, supporting HCP media campaigns and communication strategies is required.

  • Knowledge of the data management, suite of analytics platforms, marketing technologies and patient-level data sets used to help discern the impact of client strategies and campaigns is strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross functional teams throughout the client engagement lifecycle (pre to post sale, ongoing management, etc.)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills required

  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT) required. Experience with SalesForce is strongly preferred
