Position SummaryThe Multichannel Marketing Datamart Product Owner is crucial in the strategic development of our MCM platform, WOPR. Evaluating and anticipating client needs with an innovative and disruptive approach to the data problems inherent and unique to life sciences should get you fired up. The Product Owner works closely with clients, IQVIA MCM leadership and the Technology Delivery team to define and prioritize the roadmap features that set our offering apart. This role draws upon broad pharmaceutical marketing technology and data experience and familiarity with IQVIA’s Multichannel Marketing COE tools and methodologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDeeply understand the evolving WOPR value proposition and vision, and be able to articulate it through a variety of means – written, presentations, RFI / RFP responses, internal sales meetings, marketing materials etc. – and to a variety of audiences – internal teams, clients, engineers, business development resources etc.Serve as a trusted advisor of MCM WOPR technology to account teams and client managementDrive WOPR product development to support further client growthOrganize and conduct technology roadmap workshops with MCM leadership and stakeholders, managing output capture, documentation and follow through on action items in accordance with the MCM roadmap processAct as technology roadmap liason between business stakeholders and Delivery team. Ensure development stories deliver the desired vision per the roadmapAssist with roadmap delivery resource budgeting and justification exercisesEducate MCM team on MCM technology offeringsCreate, iterate and maintain deliverables capturing WOPR concepts, best practices, and recommendations with a focus on data strategy, governance and usageInterface with product development leadership and business analysts to flesh out roadmap stories, working collaboratively to prioritize sprints within the overall MCM leadership prioritizationsCollaborate with product development project managers to translate roadmap delivery status to MCM leadership, other IQVIA stakeholders and clientsUnderstand the life sciences marketing maturity scale and leverage this understanding to influence MCM leadership roadmap decisions and lower-level functionality and data questionsDevelop familiarity with IQVIA Core data assets and their potential for use in MCM. Work with leadership on roadmap for inclusion into MCM datamartDevelop and maintain subject matter expertise on IQVIA’s Multichannel Marketing suite of service and technology offeringsQualifications5+ years relevant experience in life sciences sales and marketing technology across strategy, planning, execution and optimization5+ years in information technology working with data warehouses, life sciences data management, multichannel marketing and campaign management3+ years in product management, including leading and interfacing with diverse business and development teamsBachelor’s degree in engineering or MISProven experience in presentation creation, delivery and meeting facilitationAs well as:Strong organizational and prioritization skills to effectively manage being a part of multiple client and internal teams and projects simultaneouslyGood business analysis / redesign skillsStrong attention to detail, particularly in the capturing of client information, with a corresponding focus on the packaging and summarization of relevant information back to multiple levels of leadershipExcellent spoken and written presentation skills with attention to detail in information formatting, presentation and grammarWillingness to travel occasionally for presentations and workshopsAn ability to understand technical concepts and articulate them in excellent English, as well as translate our clients’ commercial requests into a technical frameworkDemonstrated commitment to achieving strategic, operational and project goalsCommitment to great customer serviceA genuine, contagious can do attitude#LI-JK1
