The IQVIA Academy is looking for a motivated person with demonstrated skills in marketing and marketing technology, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to customer service.

The IQVIA Academy is a unique leadership program designed to support the delivery of integrated healthcare analytics and technology solutions specific to the evolving business needs of IQVIA’s clients. During onboarding, Academy resources participate in an intensive 1-3 month "bootcamp." This period introduces our resources to IQVIA data and offerings, provides them hands-on experience in the different areas and types of projects our team supports, and engages them in developing their "hard" skills (Excel, SAS, Tableau, etc.) and "soft" skills (project/time management, presenting, effective communication, etc.).


Responsibilities: 


•           Complete Multichannel Marketing Operations responsibilities including but not limited to:  

o   Campaign Target List Generation and Management

o   Vendor Coordination to ensure smooth deployment of marketing campaigns

o   Multichannel Marketing Campaign Operations documentation

o   Working with data sources for campaign reporting and insights

o   Execute and support Multichannel Marketing (MCM) campaigns


•           Develop and manage integrated project plan for all vendors and internal client activities required for implementation of the MCM campaign


•           Develop and maintain an understanding of marketing technology capabilities and opportunities to leverage the technology to meet marketing needs


Required Skills


•           Aptitude for solving problems, self-starter


•           Have experience working with marketing tools to support multi-channel marketing execution


•           Enthusiasm and interest in running campaigns in CRM tools, Marketing Automation, and Email platforms


•           Strong Excel skills needed, SQL or Tableau experience is a plus


•           Working knowledge of data queries and data feeds


•           Ability to work independently with little direction


•           Detailed oriented and should be able to manage numerous deadlines & deliverables


•           Pharmaceutical or Marketing Experience (Specific Operational Marketing experience nice to have but not necessary)


•           Ability to work in a fast-paced environment working with multiple teams including web development, IT, business analysts, analytics team, account management as well as interfacing with clients as needed


•           Exceptional communication, interpersonal, team building, and support skills


•           Demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, initiative, and creativity


Qualifications


•           Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or any other related field; with specific interesting in digital marketing


•           Previous experience supporting multi-channel and digital marketing in a data management function
