To manage the platform and engagement with patients and the healthcare professionals' teams (specialists, general physicians and nurses) through education, training and ongoing support programs.

  • Lead the launch of the platform and 3 month onboarding program to top 40 clinics in Australia
  • Provide operational support for users engaging with our digital platform for the program;
  • Maintain and monitor designated client management software;
  • Develops and maintains a collaborative working relationship with all physicians and the health care team members involved;
  • Support patients through telephone-based interventions and/ or in-field visits;
  • Anticipate and address HCP needs and create an awareness and demand for educator services; collaborate with stakeholders to continue to build opportunities within client accounts;
  • Work in cooperation with sales and operations teams to improve patient outcomes utilising approved marketing and educational materials;
  • Maintains professional knowledge by affiliating with professional and technical organizations, and by participating in applicable continuing education programs, conferences, seminars and workshops;
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in a manner that is compliant with all client and industry-mandated quality standards and rules and regulations especially in the area of Adverse Event Management;
  • Assists in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and standards which affect the quality standards of the program;
  • Travel  to top 40 centres in Australia to prepare clinics for the launch and educate
  • Educate clinicians (HCPs& nurses) on the patient onboarding requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Complies with the principles guidelines and Medicines Australia Code of Conduct
  • Working closely  with field force teams and relevant internal personnel

Qualification:

  • Be appropriately registered with AHPRA;
  • 5 or more years working in a professional nursing setting

Experience:

  • Be passionate about patient care and achieving high quality clinical outcomes;
  • Experience in telephone-based patient support;
  • Experienced with databases and IT systems;
  • In depth experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook)
