Manage the execution of the assigned MPM projects per Contract, from start-up through closeout. Ensure that all MPM management and project deliverables are completed to the Sponsor’s satisfaction, ensuring quality deliverables on time and within budget and in accordance with SOPs, policies and practices.


 Manage and co-ordinate efforts of cross-functional project teams to support milestone achievement and to manage MPM project issues and obstacles and ensure consistent use of project tools and compliance with standard processes, policies and procedures.

 Ensure high performance and efficiency of the MPM project team through facilitating cross-functional meetings, both internal and external, and ongoing mentoring of junior MPM project team members.

 Support development of MPM management plans, supporting documentation including quality management plans, delivery manuals, training plans, communication plans, and other relevant documentations together with team assignments and accountabilities.

 Serve as a cross-functional project contact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure communication is maintained and processes are adhered to.

 Collect information on team performance against contract, customer expectations, and project baselines.

 Identify quality issues within the project to facilitate appropriate corrective action plans; escalate findings and action plans to appropriate parties; support problem solving and resolution efforts to include management of risk, contingencies and issues.

 Prepare and present project information at internal and external stakeholder meetings.

 Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field and 3 years post marketing experience including 2 years project management experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience

Fluent in English.


 Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers.

 Extensive use of telephone and face-to-face communication requiring accurate perception of speech.

 Regular sitting for extended periods of time.

 Will require occasional travel.
