We are looking for a Medical Information Specialist to work fully dedicated to one of the TOP 5 pharmaceutical companies globally. Under this role, you will utilize subject expertise and information technology skills to search a wide array of bibliographic/full text databases to successfully complete literature requests from company associated and external clients.


  • Provide Medical and Scientific Information to external healthcare professionals and to medical internal departments about company portfolio, related therapeutic areas and biomedical affairs.
  • Product Adverse Events and quality issued identification based on medical enquires.
  • Extensive searches on medical scientific databases to identify, investigate and analyze literature results to answer the requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Area related reports elaboration.
  • Contribute to the development and review of standardized medical answers, questions & answers questionnaire and other predefined material.
  • Manage the Copyright licenses required for the medical information content (articles, abstracsts, etc…)
  • To review and approve final digital and/or printed version of the Materials, including Internal training materials, against pre-defined, principles-based criteria for approval (eg. in/off label, references, copyright, expiry dates etc).

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy  
  • 2 years of experience as Medical Information specialist
  • English and Spanish fluency
