Marketing Coordinator
Responsibilities and Deliverables

6-month contract (with opportunity for extension)

Reports to Sr. Product Marketing Manager

Privacy Analytics is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to work on contract as part of the marketing team. Helping to attract qualified leads, converting qualified leads into sales opportunities, strengthening the Privacy Analytics brand profile, and raising awareness of the company’s brand, products and capabilities are among the priority goals for this position.

Coordination, Planning and Research Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing and advertising programs.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute webinars, in-market events and the company’s presence at conferences.
  • Coordinate the production of thought leadership content.
  • Produce marketing and sales collateral in collaboration with internal team members and external suppliers, as required.
  • Responsible for marketing analytics and department performance reporting.
  • General coordination of website projects, including content updates.
  • Conduct research as needed including analysis of competitors and market trends.
  • Maintain department marketing calendar and sales enablement portal.
  • Assist in qualifying incoming leads and routing to sales as needed.
  • Coordinate inquiries and briefings with technology analysts, as needed.
  • Keyword research to strengthen search engine optimization, as required.
  • Provide general coordination and administrative support, as required.

Anticipated Deliverables:

  • Activation schedules for conferences and webinars.
  • Feature/function analysis of competitive products.
  • Weekly marketing calendar updates.
  • Weekly emails highlighting updates made to sales enablement portal.
  • Monthly report summarizing interactions with technology analysts.
  • Monthly marketing analytics report.

Writing and Production Responsibilities

  • Produce clear and concise written communications including the company’s external newsletter, as needed.
  • Actively strengthen, build, and maintain corporate social media accounts.

Anticipated Deliverables:

  • Semimonthly company newsletter.
  • Social content blocks as part of marketing programs and events.

Budgeting Responsibilities

  • Track department expenses and reports spend against forecast.
  • Assist with department budgeting and recommend responsible spending, as required

Anticipated Deliverables:

  • Semimonthly department expense report.

Qualifications

  • Marketing degree or diploma and experience (2-4 years) in the marketing field.
  • Track record for extracting insight from marketing analytics.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Google Analytics and the WordPress business user interface.
  • Capable of managing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated experience working with suppliers including visual designers and web developers.
  • Motivated, self-starter who fosters productivity and high morale.
  • Experience with Marketo, SEO and PPC digital advertising is an asset.
