Formed through the merger of IMS Health and Quintiles, IQVIA offers a broad range of solutions that harness advances in healthcare information, technology, analytics and human ingenuity to drive healthcare forward.

Do you want to be part of an award winning partnership with a world class pharmaceutical company? Do you want to support improved health for patients through access to new medicines and indications?

If working with integrity and passion to improve patients’ lives is one of your core values, then this is the opportunity for you!

IQVIA currently has an opportunity within their Patient Access function to implement Advanced Budgetary Notifications activities to support local health economies with budget planning and understanding the patient journey predominantly in cardiovascular disease. This will be a non-promotional role, which over the longer-term will work with local NHS stakeholders on patient pathways in the cardiovascular arena.

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with the NHS to deliver advanced budget notification (ABN) and associated activities to enable financial planning for both new indications and new medicines.   You will be working collaboratively with Patient Access, Medical and Marketing functions.

The role will carry out extensive pathway work to facilitate partnerships in service development and case finding so expertise in service redesign would be a great advantage.

To apply you need a demonstrable track record of recent successful projects working with the healthcare system, ideally carrying out advanced budgetary notification, experience of patient and clinical service mapping and proven ability to show that you can identify relevant pathway barriers and address them with key NHS stakeholders.  You will need to demonstrate your skills to manage complexity and an ability to identify how to best maximise patient benefits within a local health system.

We would also like to understand your levels of access within your current geography.
