Manager, Patient Centered Endpoints


Overview


You will be responsible for contributing to and managing teams of Associates, Associate Consultants, and Consultants in the design, development, and delivery of medium size consulting projects or components of larger, complex projects by:


General Consulting:

  • Planning, organizing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives
  • Designing, structuring and delivering client reports and presentations
  • Developing client relationships through face-to-face discussions or workshops, telephone or email contact
  • Identifying opportunities for follow-on work and new leads
  • Supporting the development of intellectual property for use on future engagements
  • Supporting development of proposals

Specific eCOA Consulting Services:

  • Serve as an eCOA Subject Matter Expert (SME) for eCOA Training programs for Consulting Services project teams
  • Identify opportunities to expand IQVIA eCOA Consulting offerings related to Training programs for patients, sites, CROs, and sponsors
  • Identify opportunities to develop eCOA training programs for applicable internal  IQVIA teams (e.g. Consulting Services, R&D Clinical Project Management); execute on these training opportunities
  • Developing templates and training materials to streamline and optimize new project start-up and team-member onboarding
  • Contributing to the execution of multiple eCOA Consulting projects from kick-off through project close
  • Reviewing and interpreting clinical protocols to develop an eCOA design and implementation strategy
  • Facilitating eCOA software design reviews, software requirements reviews, prototype reviews among sponsors, eCOA vendors, and clinical study (CRO) teams
  • Contributing to User Acceptance Testing efforts for eCOA systems, including the creation of UAT Plans, Script, Issue Trackers and Reports;  Executing UAT scripts
  • Contributing to the creation of eCOA Monitoring Plans and ongoing Monitoring Reports for eCOA solutions in use for clinical trials
  • Training Associates, Associate Consultants, and Consultants on processes and strategies required for successful implementation of eCOA systems (bullets above)

In addition to the skills and experience above Manager should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, graduate degree or MBA not required but a plus
  • A track record of leadership and people development
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • A willingness and ability to travel
  • Right to live and work in the recruiting country
