Job Description

Responsibilities: covers all employees currently using performance management in WD.
Responsibilities include:

  • managing the annual calendar of events for performance management including communications, training and reporting
  • implementing after action reviews on the process milestones to understand and implement improvements
  • partnering with HRIS on configuration, testing and documentation of system requirements
  • supporting projects to evaluate other performance management systems and evaluation of integration into Workday
  • supporting acquisitions that come into IQVIA performance with training and communication
  • partnering with the broader talent and learning team to enable integration of employee training and career planning into performance management
  • Provide advice, guidance and direct support to managers regarding employee discussions on performance management and career development.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence a team of geographically dispersed stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success building effective relationships with a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders and associates across different functions
  • Ability to deal with highly ambiguous situations in complex organization
  • Proven experience planning and delivering large scale projects on time and on budget
  • Strong financial skills and experience measuring and reporting impact and solution measurement
  • Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with and strong knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday and experience in identification of system requirements
  • Ability to lead cross-functional project teams
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, HRIS applications and Learning Management Systems
  • Ability to travel nationally up to 20%

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other related field. Masters’ a plus.
  • 5 or more years of related experience in HR.
  • Complexity: Intermediate professional level role. Works independently, or on multiple projects as a project team member, occasionally as a project leader.
  • Works on small to large, complex projects that require increased skill in multiple technical environments and knowledge of a specific business area.
