  • Supervise assigned field staff.
  • Ensure field activities are well coordinated and effective.
  • Create and prepare relevant reports.
  • Ensure that staff has the proper materials and training to complete job responsibilities.
  • Build effective relationships with equivalent customer liaisons /contacts.
  • May be required to participate in local sales campaigns or product promotion activities.
  • Recommend new approaches to the customer to increase sales effectiveness.
  • Call on retail sites to ensure smooth delivery of services, if needed.
  • Ensure the reporting of any identified Adverse Events in line with prevailing process and guidelines.
  • Project a professional impression of the Company and act in accordance with the relevant Pharmaceutical Industry’s Code of Practice.


  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Biological Sciences / Pharmacy / Biotechnology or related
  • Requires 3-5 years of medical sales experience, with at least 1 year in people management.
  • Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the drug stores and retail stores market.
  • Knowledge of software operating systems, such as MS Office..
  • Negotiation abilities.
  • Positive interaction with coworkers and pharmacy/department store managers and supervisors.
