IQVIA is looking a Talent Acquisition  Specialist with Excel´s high level that will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team in their recruitment efforts . As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will support the continuous improvement of the staffing function through development and implementation for all staffing programs.

Responsibilities

• Work with management in assigned service areas to source, select and hire qualified candidates to fill vacant positions.

• Write job postings to post and advertise positions.

• Review applications and conduct interviews

• Work with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates. .

• Meet with functional business leaders and executive management, as required, to discuss and establish staffing objectives and ensure they are achieved.

• Support a diverse workforce and comply with local and regional hiring guidelines and procedures, particularly for applicant tracking.

• Keep abreast of market trends and demands impacting the company's ability to attract competitive candidate.

• Provide reports and maintain data on recruiting activities as required.

• Organize, compile, update and maintain company personnel records.

• Manage Temporary agencies activities such as renewals, termination contracts

Minimum Education And Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus experience working in a fast paced environment. Experience leading student organizations and/or events is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills

• Proficiency in MS Office. (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills will be highly regarded)

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task

• Must have excellent follow up skills and sense of urgency

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize

• Ability to work with all levels of the organization, including top level (leadership)

• Ability to manage last minute schedule changes
