EMEA Real World Data & Evidence Solutions (Database Studies)
We are an innovative and fast-growing unit within IQVIA. Our mandate is to drive enhancement of IQVIA's database studies offerings to be best in class, engaging and serving pharma- and biotech clients in EMEA. These studies generate insights that directly contribute to access to novel treatments, better patient care, better patient outcomes, or generate evidence for post approval commitments from regulatory or payer authorities. We utilize access to the unparalleled IQVIA propriety data sets, as well as collaboration models with external data sources/Research Partners having access to the latest technology to support data extraction, harmonization and analytics. Within IQVIA, we play a pivotal role in supporting the broader IQVIA study business.
Role at the Real World Data & Evidence (RWD&E) Solutions Practice
As an Engagement Manager at RWD&E team you will support and drive customer engagement, sales and revenue for Database Studies offerings specifically at EMEA pharma HQ accounts and selected Emerging Bio-Pharmaceutical companies. Together with IQVIA experts such as Go-To-Market- and Data Science teams, you would help establish IQVIA as the premium provider of choice, contribute to the development of our database study offerings.
Responsibilities
As an Engagement Manager you will :
Contribute to and lead the development of compelling proposals for database study/ programs, focused on EMEA HQ clients, based on requests for proposals or through pro-active engagement together with Business Partners, Account Directors and others.
Contribute and lead part of the development and improvement of EMEA specific offering, in coordination with EMEA RWE teams and the global offering development teams.
Prepare and drive pro-active client engagement activities with the key HQ clients on data base study offerings together with Business Partners, Account Directors and others
Contribute and coordinate efficiency and improvement activities of our secondary data driven work
Contribute to effective use of existing data assets and networks and advice regarding future RWD investments
Build and/or maintain a cross-functional network and exchange with key internal stakeholders such at IQVIA.
Required Education and Experience
University degree in business administration, economics, medicine, sciences, or comparable
3+ years direct experience in the late phase, observational study or RWE space. Significant experience in working with secondary data
Track record of client engagement and demonstrated experience in engaging with clients as part of business development
Excellent networking and collaborative capabilities
Excellent communication skills
