IQVIA is looking for a detail oriented, Licensing Associate to join our Richmond, VA team. You will be an integral part to the team working closely with our clients to insure multiple work assignments are assigned and completed on time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple client requests with a high degree of professionalism
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients and state agencies
  • Compile detailed reports, make sure they are correct and send to management and/or client
  • Answer direct client questions and requests related to work assignments
  • Administrative tasks to include copying/scanning, filing, faxing, data entry and quality check for written documentation
  • Provide support to team members

Qualifications and Experience

  • Client case management experience preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of computer capabilities and PC applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Adobe experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and within a team environment
  • Thorough and detail oriented systematic worker
  • Highly Organized
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to learn, passion/curiosity to take on new responsibilities
  • Analytical thinking skills
