Job Description

Role Purpose:

Under broad guidance, designs and delivers training to clients and employees.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Delivers training programs for assigned content area(s) (i.e. technology and analytics.) to internal and external clients and assess the effectiveness of the training in meeting the business objectives.
  • Supports training needs analysis

  • Supports the design, development and implementation  of training programs for the technology and Analytics area

  • Assess program effectiveness

  • Maintains budget/spend for focus area

  • Maintains and updates all existing training materials

  • Supports projects with external vendors and internal SMEs

  • Liaises with admin support for the delivery of training programs

  • Acts as POC for general questions in the technology and analytics areas

  • Maintains and updates all existing training materials and performance support tools in assigned content area(s).
  • May participate on project teams under general supervision.
  • May manage projects with outside vendors under general supervision.

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of three (3) years experience in training/adult learning and instructional design. If assigned an IQVIA product area, must possess knowledge of IQVIA products and their applications as well as the issues facing the pharmaceutical industry.
