The Key Accounts Manager will cover the commercial stream of the Taunus. The individual will be the main CH client facing contact and will be responsible for achieving CH company sales targets for both base, growth and element three. The KAM will identify growth opportunities and devise strategies, techniques and innovative ways to reach sales targets and track each account to monitor growth. The individual will partner, network and build strong relationships with CH clients. They will need to understand the customer portfolio, policies, markets, financial performance and buying processes. Close collaboration with the consulting team to find solutions to clients and promote the IQVIA CH consulting capabilities. Will make use of the Global Account Planning to leverage ideas. Will be expected to complete weekly roadmap, correctly capture opps in CRM and understanding the RIH file. The KAM will be responsible for negotiation of contract renewals. Solving CH client queries and submission of QC tickets where necessary. Will need to have a very thorough understanding of each CH product offering. They will be expected to understand competitor activity and suggest strategies to counter act competitors.
