Daily responsibilities

  • Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of major clients in order to achieve or exceed the assigned revenue and growth goals in specific accounts.
  • Establish relationships in key clients through regular contact with executives and leaders in the client organization.
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Ensure the correct services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the point of contact between key customers and internal teams.
  • Typically interface with marketing, market research, sales management at the executive level in existing and prospect client.
  • Represent IQVIA in front of the client on all sales related activities.
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.

Profile requirements

  • Proven experience as key account manager in B2B.
  • Experience in sales of services and provision of solutions based on customer needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude for building relationships with professionals at a high organizational level.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is an advantage.
