Key Account Manager - Finland
IQVIA has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager to work in partnership with Sunovion Pharmaceuticals across Finland.

Both organisations pride themselves on: developing high quality customer relationships, putting patients first, having an outcome orientated focus and commitment to learning and development. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth of a schizophrenia product, acting as an ambassador for Sunovion Europe and IQVIA.

To join the team, we are looking for an experienced Pharmaceutical individual, with a track record of sales growth in Secondary Care and ideally mental health experience. You will have a patient orientated selling approach, able to develop strong customer relationships, be an exceptional communicator with great business acumen.  You must be able to develop and maintain a high level of therapeutic knowledge, operate with demonstrable personal accountability and self motivation, plus be confident working in a matrix- management environment, with the Market Access team.

Experience and Skills
• University degree
• Experienced Sales Representative
• Proven track record of sales excellence and driving sales growth
• Proven commercial acumen, with clear understanding of Key Account Management,  Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a territory business by engaging in strong customer relationships, customer targeting, managing call volumes and advocate development
• Demonstrated ability to influence relationships and leverage knowledge internally across a matrix structure, to optimise opportunities with customers and achieve shared goals
• Experience in Psychiatry is desirable
