Job Overview
An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a driven Internal Sales Specialist to find potential customers, generate leads, arrange targeted introductory calls, demos and trials. We will provide training to a high level to understand our RWS  solutions with a focus on technology paltforms and real world data and be able to match this to a client’s issues, our own USPs and how to deal with objections accordingly.

Responsibilities
The primary purpose of this role is to focus on qualifying leads generated from marketing campaigns, outbound calling with the objective of booking product demonstrations and closing businesses for our data RWS TP solutions. This contributes directly to top line revenue growth and aims to enhance prospective relationships and increase the volume of quality customer touch points.

•    Sourcing relevant companies
•    Calling new business prospects
•    Qualify leads
•    Enter them in the CRM (SalesForce.com) and follow their evolution and mange KPI reports


•    Calling new business prospects
•    Strive to meet and exceed all established call and revenue targets
•    Customer interaction: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business, challenges and strategy, to become partner of choice;


•    Developing and growing a network of key contacts across clients at all levels
•    Continually develop and update own knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical and consumer health industry, IQVIA and offerings and that of nominated client base
•    Attending conference events where relevant 

Requirements 
•    Perfectly fluent in written and speaking english
•    Bachelor’s degree, ideally in the health industry
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Previous experience in a customer orientated environment/or previous sales experience


•    Persuasive / customized email writing
•    Ambition, drive and confidence are key
