We offer an opportunity for students with a degree in Life Sciences (or equivalent) at our clinical department.
 
This experience will provide knowledge of methods, procedures and standards which gives to professional development and imparts bona fide education experience. This job is for a fixed duration not to exceed 6 months, with no guarantee to subsequent employment with the company. You can work up to 40 hours per week. The start date is negotiable. The work location will be our office in Amsterdam.
 
While projects vary, your typical responsibilities might include:
  • Shadowing colleagues in the Clinical Trials Assistant team or Regulatory and Start-Up team
  • Assisting colleagues on day-to-day tasks, this could include administrative or logistics tasks and duties
  • Understanding and working according to core standard operating procedures and working instructions
  • Learning functions and projects under the close supervision of a department employee
  • Working on a specific assignment regarding an issue in clinical research in IQVIA
  • The possibility to work on your own project or assignment according to university standards

Job Requirements

You should have:
  • An ongoing Bachelor(3rd year) or Master degree (applied sciences or university)
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office application
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good proficiency in both Dutch and English
  • Ability to start in July 2018
