To assist with the GRA proposal process; provide support to the GRA Proposal and BD Lead and ensure effective communication between the Global business organization and Global Regulatory Affairs department for new opportunities. 


  • Review Requests For Proposal (RFP) and Requests For Information (RFI) via the mailbox.
  • Participate in strategy calls to discuss customer requirements and identify gaps and discrepancies in customer information
  • Update and maintain departmental databases and trackers as required and ensure accurate information is included
  • Accessing the departmental database - provide senior management with weekly updates
  • Manage the departmental SharePoint site including proposal texts, budgets and other related documents
  • Manage the GRA RFP Library content and updates, under direction of the GRA Proposal and BD Lead
  • Perform other occasional duties as assigned
  • Responsible for managing day-to-day workload for assigned tasks, in collaboration with senior staff.
  • May work independently and, under guidance of senior staff.
  • Performs other tasks or assignments, as delegated by Regulatory management.

Job Requirements


  • Good interpersonal communication (oral and written) and organization skills
  • Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks, with direction from senior staff as appropriate
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to follow SOPs consistently
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients 


  • Degree in life science-related discipline or professional equivalent* or high school diploma plus at least 3-5 years’ experience* (*or combination of education, training and experience) 


  • Extensive use of telephone and face-to-face communication requiring accurate perception of speech
  • Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers
  • Regular sitting for extended periods of time
  • Local travel may be required
