  • Supporting integrated biopharmaceutical development advisory/enablement solutions to Korea/Asian Emerging Biopharma clients with global ambitions.
  • Collaborating with Global Strategic Drug Development, Global Consulting Services, Global Regulatory Affairs, Pricing and Market Access and relevant global, regional and affiliate commercial consulting, regulatory, data, market research and other offerings –- to provide an integrated holistic and seamless development solution to client.  
  • The solution may have multiple potential, often interdependent, components such as regulatory (e.g. gap analysis, pre-IND/IND), clinical (CDPs, TPPs), commercial (forecasts, valuations), PMA strategy, and licensing/partnering strategy and support.
  • Leveraging business experience and acumen in identifying strategic alternatives and project approach to client questions
  • Supporting scoping of project with client and coordinating and driving relevant groups to develop and deliver integrated end-to-end proposal to client.
  • Supporting project delivery – including coordination of various components, and review of deliverable quality – including content relevance and logic.
  • Liasing with BD, internal groups and client through genesis and delivery of project – being primary point of regional delivery contact for the client.
  • Creating sections of  proposals, reports, presentations, workshops and other client deliverables, under general guidance from experienced team leaders
  • Communicating findings and recommendations together with offering leads.
  • Working independently or as part of a team
  • Developing broad knowledge of related consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market through the delivery oversight of integrated engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities – including clinical development and regulatory pathways for major global markets (eg US, EU).
  • Support the development and implementation of any business/marketing strategies and initiatives for SCD
  • Performs other tasks or assignments, as delegated by management.      


  • At least an undergraduate degree in life sciences, preferably post-graduate, with business/ marketing qualifications an advantage
  • At least 4 to 5 years of business experience gained working in biopharmaceuticals and clinical development with strong understanding of clinical trial design and execution processes
  • Ability to collaborate and drive other functional teams across cultural and geographic boundaries
  • Tenacious and solution-focused – ability to navigate resource constraints and seek alternatives in a matrix environment
  • Highly motivated with a flexible and proactive attitude, and demonstrated ability to multi-task
  • Willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges; and interest to expand knowledge into new areas
  • Ability to network effectively within the organization
