Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Manager works collaboratively with Clients, Outside Sales and Management teams.  Responsibilities include engaging clients in interactive discussions, setting up appointments and performing the appropriate follow up with the field sales team members or qualified Foresight resources resulting in a revenue generating discussion. 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Internal resource coordination based on targets/KPI’s established by Sales Representatives and Senior Management 
  • Coordinate Request for Proposal (RFP) and proposal content management activities
  • Proposal and RFP draft preparation – review prior to providing to Outside Sales Representative for final delivery to client
  • Coordinate final RFP / Proposals for internal review
  • Produce Salesforce.com campaigns; track ROI for sales conversations with created campaigns
  • Create and maintain email distribution lists as directed by Outside Sales Representatives and vetted by VP of Sales
  • Keep Salesforce.com in sync within 24 hours of latest data
  • Assist with Saleforce.com activities as requested by Salesforce.com administrators

 

Job Requirements

•      Must demonstrate a sustained (3+ years) and successful inside sales track record
•      Demonstrated track record of success working with senior level management in a fast paced growth environment is essential
•      Strong written and verbal English skills, quality-oriented proposal coordination and management experience
•      Ambitious, driven and self-motivated personality adaptable to a fast paced high volume and high velocity sales organization

•      Bachelor’s degree or higher required
