Role Purpose:

Under guidance from more senior HR Business Partner, provides human resources support to Human Resources staff and to one or more client groups, generally first line management. Develops the skills to partner with business supported. Ensures quality operations of human resources processes.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Provides support to HR Business Partner and client management and employees related to human resources activities and programs, such as recruitment, performance reviews, benefits, training and employee relations.
  • Responds to management and employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.
  • May manage and coordinate processes and programs such as the immigration process or a college recruitment program.
  • Assists with the implementation of human resources plans and initiatives. Proactively integrates human resources programs, with guidance, across various businesses and functions to ensure synergy and coordination. May provide HR specialty support to a geography.

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required: ​

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Human Resources or related Human Resources support field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of human resources policies, procedures and systems, as well as local law.

Additional Requirements:

  • Proficiency in human resources software packages, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to carry out moderate analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on non-routine matters.
  • Flexible and adaptable and dedicated to meeting expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
