Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will be working as one of 3 HR Business Partners in a generalist position within all areas of HR, with a strong focus on Employee Relations. Other aspects will include assisting with systems, WHS/wellness, project work, performance management, on-boarding & off-boarding and all employee relation matters. Responsibilities include:

  • Work with the HR Director and our client groups to plan, develop and advise on people initiatives that align with the business strategy
  • Supporting, coaching and advising line managers on HR/ER related issues
  • Point of contact for Employee Relations
  • Coaching managers on complex employment advice within the full remit of the employee life cycle
  • Influencing and building relationships with leaders and people managers to reinforce HR’s position as a trusted advisor to the business
  • Supporting the talent acquisition function to drive effective recruitment activities
  • Further HR related activities and business partnering responsibilities as required


  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Business and a successful track record in generalist roles within large organisations
  • You'll be a seasoned HR Business Partner who enjoys operational activities
  • You will be pragmatic and action orientated with a strong background in Employee relations
  • You will have experience working with diverse, large global matrix client groups and happy operating in a fast paced environment
  • Previous experience in a fast changing environment would be an advantage as would end user experience with Workday
  • You are comfortable operating through ambiguity, and working where accountabilities and responsibilities are often shared across teams
