In partnership with our client, Clover Health, we are looking for Health Account Representatives to join our team of over 10,000 global field representatives in several regions, making over 20 million product details annually for our pharmaceutical and biotech clients. We are seeking only the very best representatives to ensure that this unique opportunity is another resounding success.

Clover Health is a Medicare Advantage health plan reinventing health insurance by combining the power of data with human empathy to keep members healthy. In this role, you'll be on the front lines helping Clover roll out its proprietary point-of-care Clover Assistant software application, a first-of-its-kind tool to equip primary care providers with a patient's full longitudinal record of care, AI-enabled decision support tools, and comprehensive care plans.

As an Associate on the Network Team, you will,

  • Build mutually beneficial relationships with aligned physicians, nurses and their office staff to support product and membership growth. 
  • Collaborate with physicians and their office staff to successfully deploy technology including giving demos, setting up new users, and answering questions about workflow changes.
  • Work with the product, clinical and other teams to monitor the success of the product in each provider office.
  • Provide feedback to our internal teams as to what product enhancements would be most impactful out in the field.
  • Review various analytical reports and provide feedback and recommendations to providers on how to improve the utilization of the product.

You should get in touch if:

  • You have 2+ years of experience working for a health plan, health system or provider group within network management, operations, product deployment, and/or project management.  
  • You understand the internal operations and dynamics of a Primary Care Practice. 
  • You have experience working across a wide range of stakeholder groups, both internal and external.
  • You enjoy analyzing and summarizing data to identify actionable insights.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You have at a minimum a BA/BS degree.
