The role

Joining a high-profile and talented team as a consummate technology services sales professional within our RWAS Technology team, you will focus on our world leading software platforms - Privacy Analytics, and E360TM SaaS, Predictive Analytics - whose complimentary approaches turn learning health systems from concept to reality - to identify opportunities for customized implementations to meet specific client needs. These scalable platforms are used to process & analyse billions of healthcare records.

Privacy Analytics is an innovative suite of data governance software that enables stakeholders to optimize benefits of the growing volume and availability of new, complex datasets while protecting patient privacy.

E360TM is a comprehensive analytics & software for healthcare research, enabling the curation and real-time analysis for large-scale patient level datasets such as EHR or health plan claims.

Predictive Analytics levers machine learning to address some of healthcare’s most pressing issues, such as under-diagnosis of rare disease.

You’ll be working closely with our RWAS Technology Management Team including RWAS VPs or Directors owning different product lines and software engineering cells, as well as Sales and Principals across Global RWAS and the local business units. You will be key to the RWAS Technology go-to-market strategy and account planning strategy.

Our ideal candidate: Experience

  • Healthcare technology sales in either software or technology services

  • Selling and supporting off-the-shelf and custom healthcare technology solutions, especially related to outcomes research and clinical trials

  • Proven hands-on leadership in healthcare technology innovation

  • Commercial awareness and good understanding of the healthcare, health technology and pharmaceutical industry, gained through experience

  • Proven record in achieving sales in innovative technology offerings.

  • Leadership experience and ability to use influencing skills at all levels

  • A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills

  • Proven ability to build strong business relationships
